李裕後先生,高級顧問 (Leo Lee)
李顧問從事資訊科技行業超過25年,擁有豐富的技術能力和銷售與業務的知識技能。職涯始於多家跨國公司的VOICE-語音和電腦和計算機工程師,之後服務於IBM香港,中國大陸和台灣的專案經理和業務經理。然後在Lucent Technologies,Avaya和Commscope及東北亞的技術管理部門工作,在那裡他與許多世界排名前500大企業合作。李顧問也曾為匯豐銀行和德意志銀行,香港和中國的數據中心DATA CENTER項目和營運工作 。目前,Leo顧問將大部分時間留在擔任亞洲範圍的數據中心培訓講師/顧問上,用心傳授有關數據中心設計、實施和操作的全球標準(TIA-942)。
李顧問於香港城市理工學院電子工程取得高級文憑,之後進修於澳大利亞Curtin大學並取得市場營銷與管理學士學位,以及Charles Sturt大學通訊技術碩士學位。他是一名認證的PMP(項目管理專業人員)。李顧問積極參與行業中熱門的資料傳輸系統(ITS)組織-BICSI(國際上最專業的佈綫工業諮詢服務),曾榮任香港分會秘書,是中港台兩岸三地行內,電信業界中認證的稽核、考核人員和技術雜誌專欄作家。
除了業務和技術經驗外,Leo顧問也提供許多技能培訓,包括溝通,演示和銷售策略。他還是NLP(神經語言程序設計)的實行者,並且接受過九種九型理論的培訓,以研究人類的行為和特徵。曾在許多場合分享和指導人們進行心理健康和職業發展。

Leo has been working in IT industry over 25 years and with vast technical and business exposure and skills. He started career from voice and computer engineer at muti-national companies, then Project manager and business manager at IBM Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. Then North Asia technical management at Lucent Technologies, Avaya and Commscope, where he has been worked with large number of Fortune 500 companies. He then moved to HSBC and Deutsche Bank, worked at Hong Kong and China Data Centers projects and operation. Currently he spent most of his time as Asia training instructor of world-wide certified training course for Data Center Design, implementation and operation, focus on industrial standard TIA-942.
Leo graduated at Hong Kong City Polytechnic with Higher Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Australia Curtin University in Marketing and Management bachelor degree and Charles Sturt University in Information Technologies Master degree. He is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional). He was also actively involved in the industry, including the Hong Kong chapter secretary of the renowned information transport systems (ITS) organization BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service International), Certified China Telecom examiner, and seasonal technical magazine column writer.
Besides the business and technical experience, Leo has gone through many soft skill training including communications, presentation and sales strategy. He is also a NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner, and trained in Nine Enneagram theory about studying the behaviour and characters of human. He has been sharing and coaching people for mental health and career development in many occasions.
